Raising Awareness for the Caring for Connor Campaign
Many of you may have seen or already been involved with fundraising for the “Caring for Connor Campaign”. Over the next few weeks 10SWD students will be raising awareness of this campaign and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy– a devastating muscle wasting disease.
On Friday 27th King Ethelbert are proud to be taking part in “Colour for Connor” when we will be asking students and staff to wear 1 accessory of colour to school for a donation of 50p (or more). It could be a coloured tie, shoes, a hair band, bright socks or tights (full school uniform must be worn). I am delighted that some of 9SWD are also coming up with other fundraising ideas to help Connor’s Family.
