Please be assured that we are working hard to avoid the delays and the issues caused by the national demands on Edenred, the new Department for Education’s FSM voucher scheme. We can only apologise for the delay in you receiving your vouchers. We understand how inconvenient and frustrating this must be in the current difficult circumstances.
You will have seen on the news that unfortunately, as the uptake on FSM gets higher, the service is struggling to cope for all schools across the country. We are doing our utmost to try and resolve this and get vouchers issued to you, including ordering vouchers in advance. Our staff share your frustration and are working late into the evening, when we have been told the Edenred site should be less busy, to try and get orders processed and pushed through as quickly as possible.
