Ex-​KES stu­dent success!

Ex-​student, Entre­pre­neur Neil Fright speaks to year 10 and 11 Busi­ness students.

On Mon­day 13th Jan­u­ary, ex-​student Neil Fright and his wife Car­o­line came to speak to our year 10 and 11 stu­dents about set­ting up their own busi­ness ‘Car­bon Num­bers’ that they founded in 2012. Car­bon num­bers deliv­ers energy sav­ings for clients such as Adi­das and the Museum of Lon­don. This new busi­ness now employs 33 peo­ple. Neil spoke about their suc­cesses, tak­ing risks and the need to cre­ate a vision at the start, but that FOCUS will get you to the end!!

Later in the day Car­o­line and Neil spoke to the year 13 Busi­ness stu­dents in a work­shop on Employ­ment and Selec­tion, where they looked at inter­view prepa­ra­tions and psy­cho­me­t­ric testing.
