We are very proud of two of our students who have achieved their Level one in BSL (British Sign Language).
Lilly Parrot, Yr 8 and Baileigh Bellem, Year 7, attended lessons with Hearing Hands last year in their own time. They have passed the 3 exams and now have their certificates for Level 1 British Sign Language.
This is a tremendous achievement as the qualification is the equivalent to a GCSE and the exam is actually aimed at adults.
Well done Baileigh and Lilly.

Congratulations Year 11!
Written by V Willis
We are celebrating another year of outstanding GCSE results with students making exceptional progress at every level of ability.
Huge Congratulations to Year 13 on their cracking IBCP results to reward their tremendous hard work!
Y13 are our biggest IBCP cohort to date.
92% passed the full IBCP qualification, with 96% pass rate in IB Diploma subjects and 98% pass rate in the BTEC or Career Related Subjects. We are especially proud that 22% achieved the very top grades of double or triple Distinction stars in this CRS element and 45% of our students achieved at least a double Distinction star.
As well as the collective success, there have been some fantastic individual successes and students are successfully securing places at top universities, higher level apprenticeships and employment. We have students who will be reading degrees at Southampton University, Portsmouth University, Greenwich, Canterbury Christchurch, Roehampton, Kent, London Southbank, Middlesex, Bath Spa and Edge Hill Universities, as well as students who have made the decision to pursue higher level apprenticeships and employment such as Apprenticeships with Transport For London and Easy Jet and working in the business industry.
The students have shown tremendous grit and character, rising to the challenges of the new, more rigorously examined BTEC specifications and we feel proud and privileged to work with such a considerate, community minded and outward thinking group of young people. There is no doubt these are young men and women who will go out and have a positive impact on the world around them.
An enormous thank you to our fantastic staff Dream Team who have worked incredibly hard to prepare and support students in achieving success.
